Bubbles from Burgundy. Considering the major grape varieties grown in Burgundy, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, are also the major grapes used in Champagne it's no surprise that we see some great sparkling wines produced in the region.

Often less expensive than it's more famous neighbor Crémant de Bourgogne can be a great bargain. The gold medal winning 2009 Cuvée Millésimée from chardonnay grapes is in itself a reason to celebrate.
